Position Overview

Renow Pro is looking for an experienced site supervisir to join our team. You will oversee interior fit-out and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple renovation and fit-out projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, site team, and clients
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Resolve issues and delays proactively
• Communicate project updates to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction / interior fit-out project management
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle project documentation, scheduling, and coordination
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools a plus
