Site Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to ensure quality control, proper execution, and smooth project delivery without client complaints.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for residential renovation projects
• Manage and monitor technicians, laborers, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed as per client requirements
• Inspect finished work before client handover
• Maintain site discipline and productivity
• Coordinate material delivery and site logistics
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Handle purchasing of renovation materials when required
• Communicate project progress to management

Ensure high-quality workmanship in all trades including:

• Complete Renovations
• Plumbing works
• Electrical installations
• Painting & polishing
• Ceiling works & Carpentry
• Flooring
• Waterproofing
• AC works

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in a Technical Services or Renovation Company
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Urdu required, Arabic is a plus)
Strong knowledge of all home renovation trades
Ability to manage multi-skilled teams
Ability to read drawings and technical plans
Experience handling material purchasing for renovation projects
