Site Supervisor

KBC Group, a leading Dubai-based business group specialized in home interiors, commercial interiors, visual merchandising, advertising, marketing, and technology since 2003, is hiring an experienced and skilled Site supervisor to oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong site management skills and the ability to execute the projects within the specified time frame in an organized and cost-effective manner.

The Site Supervisor will oversee all on-site joinery/civil/ MEP works, ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out, leadership skills to manage installation teams, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily joinery/ MEP/Civil activities at project sites.
• Ensure joinery works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of site carpenters, fitters, and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality checks on joinery materials and installations to ensure high workmanship standards.
• Liaise with the joinery team to coordinate deliveries, material requirements, and production timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, designers, and clients regarding site progress.
• Ensure site safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Oversee final finishing, snagging, and handover process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, installation methods, and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality control standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
• UAE Driving license is a must.
