Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Supervision
-
Lead and supervise day-to-day site activities for civil, architectural, and MEP works.

Ensure that construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
2. Resource & Material Management
-
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to achieve project targets.

Review material deliveries to ensure compliance with specifications and project schedules.
-
Maintain inventory control and minimize material wastage.
3. Quality Assurance & Safety
-
Enforce site safety policies and procedures; ensure all activities comply with HSE standards.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship quality and rectify non-conformances.

Report incidents, accidents, and near-misses promptly and participate in root cause analysis.
4. Coordination & Reporting
-
Conduct daily toolbox talks and site coordination meetings.
-
Liaise with project engineers, clients, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.

Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports, manpower logs, and material usage updates.
5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with FIDIC and company-specific contractual terms.

Maintain site records, permits, and inspection documents.

Support audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
-
Minimum 3
–10 years
of relevant experience in site supervision for civil or MEP projects.
-
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project scheduling tools.
-
Familiarity with
HSE practices

QA/QC standards

FIDIC-based contracts
