Site Supervisor ( 3 Months Contract)

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Supervision

• Lead and supervise day-to-day site activities for civil, architectural, and MEP works.
• Ensure that construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.

2. Resource & Material Management

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to achieve project targets.
• Review material deliveries to ensure compliance with specifications and project schedules.
• Maintain inventory control and minimize material wastage.

3. Quality Assurance & Safety

• Enforce site safety policies and procedures; ensure all activities comply with HSE standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship quality and rectify non-conformances.
• Report incidents, accidents, and near-misses promptly and participate in root cause analysis.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and site coordination meetings.
• Liaise with project engineers, clients, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports, manpower logs, and material usage updates.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with FIDIC and company-specific contractual terms.
• Maintain site records, permits, and inspection documents.
• Support audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 –10 years of relevant experience in site supervision for civil or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with HSE practices , QA/QC standards , and FIDIC-based contracts .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
