Site Supervisor CIVIL

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the site.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for material and manpower requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise during construction.
• Enforce site safety regulations and ensure all workers adhere to HSE policies.
• Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
