Job Title: Site Supervisor

Logix Solutions is hiring a Site Supervisor for one of their valued client.

Project Location: Gharo, Sindh
Project Type: Infrastructure / Drainage

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preference will be given to candidates from Sindh

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil works
• Hands-on experience in:
• Drainage works
• Road or infrastructure construction
• Supervising on-site civil activities

Language Skills

• Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Elementary proficiency required).
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with Chinese Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site
• Oversee drainage works, earthworks, and related infrastructure tasks
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Manage and supervise contractors and labor teams
• Coordinate closely with Chinese project staff for smooth execution
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work
• Report daily progress to project management

Other Requirements

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to stay at the project site in Gharo

Facilities Provided

• Accommodation and food will be provided at the project site
