  • Acquire new B2B SME clients through proactive prospecting, referrals, and market networking.

  • Conduct market mapping and lead generation to identify potential SME clients and business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to drive sustainable portfolio growth.

  • Assess clients’ financial and business needs to propose suitable financial solutions.

  • Prepare and submit accurate and complete loan applications in coordination with internal teams.

  • Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new clients.

  • Monitor clients’ financial performance to ensure portfolio quality and minimize risk.

  • Achieve acquisition and portfolio growth targets in line with business objectives.




  • Requirements

    · Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    · Previous experience from 1-3 years in financial services or banking is a must.

    · Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills.

    · Experience in acquiring and managing FMCG clients.

    · Market Research and Business Development skills..

    · Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
