Acquire new B2B SME clients through proactive prospecting, referrals, and market networking.
Conduct market mapping and lead generation to identify potential SME clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to drive sustainable portfolio growth.
Assess clients’ financial and business needs to propose suitable financial solutions.
Prepare and submit accurate and complete loan applications in coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new clients.
Monitor clients’ financial performance to ensure portfolio quality and minimize risk.
Achieve acquisition and portfolio growth targets in line with business objectives.
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Previous experience from 1-3 years in financial services or banking is a must.
· Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills.
· Experience in acquiring and managing FMCG clients.
· Market Research and Business Development skills..
· Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
