We’re Hiring: SMS Marketing Expert
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US working hours)

We are seeking a skilled SMS Marketing Expert to lead performance-driven messaging campaigns for our US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in US market SMS marketing, who can create impactful campaigns, interpret performance metrics, and ensure compliance with US regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute SMS marketing campaigns targeting US audiences
• Segment audiences and personalize messages to boost engagement and conversions
• Write compelling and conversion-focused SMS copy
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize accordingly
• Ensure all campaigns comply with US regulations and carrier guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support broader campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on SMS/Performance Marketing experience in the US market
• Proficiency with platforms like Twilio, Klaviyo, Podium, or SlickText
• Strong data analysis skills and performance tracking experience
• Excellent written English and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM integrations
• Knowledge of US TCPA and carrier compliance standards
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (SMS + Email + WhatsApp)
