Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and report insights.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner and foster community engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging multimedia content across various social platforms.
  • Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.
  • Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members on content ideas and marketing strategies.


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and support administrative functions.
  • Organize and maintain company documents, records, and databases.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives or team leaders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.


Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management and administration.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and key performance indicators.
  • Attentive to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web traffic analysis.
