Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across various platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social listening, SEO, and graphic design tools to effectively promote our brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with winery goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage and monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.
• Design compelling graphics for posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Design compelling videos for posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase reach and conversions.
• Draft weekly marketing emails.
• Coordinate and communicate with musicians, vendors and food trucks for bookings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
• Ability to develop creative content including photography, video editing, and graphic design elements.
• Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers, influencers, and partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
