Duties

- Oversee social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Develop compelling content for websites, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials using copywriting skills that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead product management initiatives by coordinating with sales teams and stakeholders to promote new offerings effectively.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite for digital ads, social media content, and print materials.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by creating attractive proposals and negotiating partnerships to expand brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics and performance marketing metrics; adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
- Prepare budgets for marketing projects, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with web developers familiar with WordPress and HTML to maintain website functionality and update content regularly.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, promotional campaigns, and user experience enhancements on online platforms.

- Experience managing e-commerce platforms with a focus on product promotion and user experience optimization.
- Ability to utilize WordPress CMS (Content Management System) along with basic HTML coding for website updates.
- Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer insights for strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder presentations.
