Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to optimize posting times and monitor engagement
- Conduct social listening to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and gather insights for continuous improvement of campaigns
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility in search engines and social media algorithms
- Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, design, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations to keep our strategies fresh and effective
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and brand alignment before publishing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms
- Knowledge of video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content creation
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns effectively
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences authentically
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies that support online sales growth is a plus
