Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-focused Social Media & Community Manager to shape, oversee, and grow our digital presence. This position centers on executing strategies, managing platforms, and engaging communities rather than creating content. The ideal candidate will help build meaningful connections, expand audience reach, and strengthen our online brand in alignment with our organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Setup & Management

  • Launch and maintain brand profiles across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely and consistent publishing of content.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, posting schedules, and platform consistency.
  • Continuously update and optimize profiles — including bios, visuals, hashtags, and keywords — to enhance brand visibility.
  • Experience in video editing and influencer collaboration will be considered an added advantage.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Actively monitor engagement across all platforms and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Drive participation through referral-based activities, gifting initiatives, and other interactive campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to support paid collaborations and cross-promotions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Measure key performance indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Deliver regular performance reports along with insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media for startups, fintech, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of referral marketing, paid advertising, and community-building tactics.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Proven ability to handle and grow multiple social media accounts effectively.
