Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, create, schedule, and manage content across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and key events
- Design visually appealing and on-brand posts (image, video, reels, stories, carousels, etc.)
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build community and drive interaction
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams for campaign rollouts
- Analyze performance metrics and create monthly reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
- Stay updated on social trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to recommend and implement improvements
- Manage social media ad campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Content Creator, or similar role (minimum 2 - 3years)
- Strong knowledge of all major social platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent English writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Creator Studio)
- Ability to handle multiple brand handles at once
- Fast learner with a creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong time management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Sciences, or related field

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
