Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Karachi Civic Centre
Salary: PKR 73,000

Job Purpose:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms, ensuring effective communication with customers and maintaining the brand’s online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Prepare and submit daily morning reports highlighting social media activities and performance.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and comments, ensuring excellent customer support and engagement.
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share updates, promotions, and campaigns.
• Support in creating engaging content and ideas to increase brand visibility and reach.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues or customer concerns to the relevant department.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint for reporting).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management/customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs73,000.00 per month
