Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual who can build strong corporate relationships, pitch our HR services, and become an integral part of our growth and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is confident, digitally savvy, and comfortable with outreach both online (LinkedIn, email) and offline (calls, meetings, events).

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for HR recruiters, business owners, and hiring managers on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Pitch Scaleup Connect’s recruitment and screening services through calls, DMs, and personalized messages.
• Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups with firms to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Create and appear in short-form video content (reels) highlighting our brand and services.
• Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings to share insights and strategy updates.
• Assist in building long-term corporate partnerships and client relationship strategies.
• Maintain and update outreach data, leads, and follow-up records in CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Business, or equivalent field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Urdu).
• Confident in video appearance and social media engagement.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and client follow-ups.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or HR services will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
