Overview:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Executive to lead our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, community growth, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage daily publishing, community management, and storytelling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Plan, produce, and oversee creation of high-quality content (static posts, Reels, videos, Stories, blogs, live sessions).
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns and activations.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and new platform features to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment, etc.) and generate data-driven reports with actionable insights.
- Manage social media budgets for ads, boosting, and influencer collaborations.
- Build and nurture online communities and respond to comments/messages in line with brand tone.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and compliance across platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand/agency.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer marketing.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize content/performance.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and social-first content formats.
- Experience and passion in daily content creation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
- Multilingual skills (Arabic/English) is a big plus.
