Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends and help identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
• Help manage influencer partnerships and track performance.
• Support paid social media campaigns and track ROI.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising and sponsored posts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools is a plus).
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a bonus.
