Social Media Handler & Digital Ads Specialist

Social Media Management

· Plan, create, schedule, and post content across all platforms:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and LinkedIn

· Develop and manage a monthly content calendar

· Curate content that reflects the clinic’s luxury aesthetic and treatment offerings

· Engage with followers via DMs, comments, and story interactions

· Collaborate with the clinic team for real-time content (behind-the-scenes, treatments, testimonials)

· Stay updated with beauty/aesthetic trends and platform algorithm changes

Meta & Google Ads

· Create and manage paid ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook) and Google Ads

· Define ad objectives, audiences, and placements to drive bookings and awareness

· Monitor campaign performance and optimize for best results (CPC, ROAS, CTR, CPL)

· Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and growth metrics

Strategy & Analytics

· Conduct competitor and audience analysis to inform strategy

· Analyze content and ad performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools

· Suggest improvements based on performance data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

• • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising
• Proven ability to manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube professionally
• Experience running Meta Ads (Traffic, Engagement, Conversion, Lead Generation)
• Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
• Strong knowledge of content trends in the beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry
• Proficiency in basic design tools like Canva (Adobe Suite is a plus)
• Excellent English writing, captioning, and storytelling skills

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• social media marketing and paid advertising: 2 years (Preferred)
