JOB POSTING INFORMATION
The Social Media Lead will be responsible for managing the brand’s presence across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting, community engagement, and strategic growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to maintain a strong brand voice while optimizing performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. The Social Media Executive will also be responsible for conducting regular competitive and creative scans, identifying best in class practices, and supporting the development of strategies to achieve performance and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Posting
● Plan, schedule, and publish regular posts across all social media platforms.
● Ensure all posts are aligned with the brand’s tone, messaging, and content calendar.
● Work closely with the Creative and Design teams to develop engaging and visually compelling social content.

Strategy & Growth
● Assist in developing and executing social media growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
● Support the creation of social campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, and marketing promotions.
● Monitor audience insights and engagement trends to refine content strategies.

Competitive & Creative Scanning
● Conduct regular benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify trends, creative ideas, and emerging best practices.
● Monitor global and regional brand activity across social platforms for inspiration and innovation.
● Recommend new content formats, themes, and posting approaches to improve performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
● Track KPIs including engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
● Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management.
● Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to align organic and paid social strategies.

Community Engagement
● Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
● Support reputation management by maintaining a positive and consistent brand presence online.
