presence, engage with the community, and grow our brand across social media platforms.

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead our online marketing efforts with a strong focus on influencer partnerships, food photography, ad management, and digital growth strategy. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence at least twice a month (or as needed) for photoshoots and content creation at our Houston locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Lotus Seafood.
• Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and engagement across all major social media platforms.
• Conduct professional photography sessions (minimum twice per month), with a focus on food photography.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and coordinate collaborations.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Apply expert-level marketing strategies and SEO knowledge to drive brand growth.
• Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
• Stay connected to the Houston foodie community and maintain an active presence in relevant networks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• 4+ years of professional photography experience (food photography strongly preferred).
• Proven success in influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid ads management, and SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be local to Houston, TX with reliable transportation for photoshoots and collaborations.
• Deep understanding of foodie culture, trends, and community engagement.
