Social Media Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of fashion trends, content strategy, and audience engagement preferably within the fashion or clothing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with brand goals
• Plan and manage the content calendar across all platforms
• Create, curate, and coordinate engaging photo and video content
• Monitor trends in fashion, pop culture, and social media to keep content fresh
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams
• Analyze insights and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach
• Engage with the community, respond to messages/comments, and build brand loyalty

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Degree from a reputed university
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Creativity and a strong visual sense, especially for fashion/lifestyle content
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing social media for a fashion or clothing brand
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing
