Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., posts, images, videos) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor online presence and audience engagement on various social channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Handle social media interactions and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Organize and manage contests, giveaways, and other marketing campaigns on social channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with various teams for content creation.


Requirements:

  • Proven 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to work in person and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and developments.
