Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an in-house creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience through social listening.
• Create visually appealing content using photography and graphic design skills, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
• Manage social media accounts using scheduling tools like Hootsuite to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and followers to foster community engagement.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice before publication.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Experience in photography is a plus, enhancing the visual storytelling aspect of our brand's narrative.
