We are looking for a Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience across various digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored for the real estate industry and clients belonging to different business portfolios.
• Plan, create, and manage a content calendar for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and informative content (listings, market updates, success stories, and promotional material).
• Ensure timely posting of posts, promotions, videos and customer testimonials.
• Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across all platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, market updates, and digital marketing strategies.
• Be available for urgent postings and real-time content needs when required.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align social media efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in real estate and/or Digital Marketing industry.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices for clients belonging to different business portfolios.
• Ability to create compelling content, including visuals, videos, and written descriptions.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexibly and be available for urgent tasks as needed.
• Experience with social media advertising and lead generation is a plus.
