Social Media Manager (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies in line with company goals
• Manage daily content planning, creation, and posting across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor brand engagement, respond to messages/comments, and foster active online communities
• Analyze social media performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable reports
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution
• Stay current with social trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
• Strong communication skills and creativity in content writing and visual coordination
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
