Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content to promote products/services and engage with the target audience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media performance and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing and executing CSR activities that align with the companys values and mission.
  • Engage with the community and build partnerships to foster positive relationships and social impact.


Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop creative content across various social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service and community engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for social media and staying current with industry trends.
