Job Summary

AHK Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our organic growth, paid advertising, SEO, and overall digital marketing strategy.

This role requires a professional who understands the complete digital ecosystem — from content creation and community building to Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance analytics.

We are looking for someone strategic, creative, and data-driven who can scale brand visibility, generate leads, and optimize digital performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute monthly content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Create and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, reels, threads, articles)
  • Build and manage LinkedIn groups and social communities
  • Drive organic audience growth and engagement
  • Monitor trends and optimize content performance

Community Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and discussions
  • Manage brand reputation and audience engagement
  • Increase community participation and retention

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
  • Manage ad budgets effectively
  • Optimize campaigns for leads and conversions

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Optimize website content for search engines
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion performance

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in organic social media growth
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing
  • Experience managing online communities
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience using AI tools for content generation
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset with measurable achievements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
