Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, graphics, and video) for all platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize campaigns
• Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize reach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field)
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in marketing and social media management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and advertising tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas
