Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Executives

Location: Maitland, Florida

Comp: $50K–$65K base + performance bonus tied to qualified lead volume and cost-per-lead targets

Debt Collectors International is a national B2B commercial collections agency operating nationwide on a contingency model. We help businesses recover money they are owed with no upfront cost. We're scaling fast, and our marketing engine is the front door to that growth.

About the role

You'll own our entire social and email presence end-to-end. That means running our paid Meta ads, posting organically across platforms, growing our follower base, and executing our email campaigns. You're the person making sure DCI shows up every day in the feeds and inboxes of the businesses who need us.

You're equal parts content creator, ad manager, and email marketer. You should be comfortable writing copy, creating or briefing video creators, scheduling posts, monitoring ad performance, and building email sequences — sometimes all in the same day.

What you'll do

Paid Meta advertising

  • Launch and manage all Meta ad campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) across our broad and retargeting audiences
  • Brief and traffic new UGC video creative through MakeUGC and other vendors

  • Monitor daily performance: cost per lead, click-through rate, frequency, and lead quality
  • Run continuous A/B tests on hooks, angles, audiences, and creative formats
  • Scale winners, kill losers, and report on what's working weekly
  • Maintain the creative testing pipeline so we always have fresh ads in market

Organic social content

  • Plan and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other platforms we expand into
  • Build a monthly content calendar tied to our messaging pillars)
  • Create or coordinate creation of static posts, short-form video, carousels, and stories
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and inbound interest daily
  • Repurpose UGC ad creative into organic posts where it fits

Account growth

  • Grow follower counts and engagement on each platform with measurable monthly targets
  • Identify and engage with relevant industry accounts (contractor associations, trade groups, business owners)
  • Test growth tactics: hashtag strategy, collabs, comment engagement, lives, etc.
  • Build LinkedIn presence specifically to reach AR managers, CFOs, and business owners

Reporting

  • Weekly report on paid ad performance, organic growth, and email metrics
  • Monthly trend analysis: what's working, what's decaying, what to test next
  • Tie social and email activity to leads in the CRM where possible

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years running paid Meta ads with real budget responsibility (required)
  • 2+ years managing organic social accounts for a brand or business (required)
  • Strong copywriter — you can write a hook, a caption, and an email subject line that gets clicked
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign — anything comparable)
  • Comfortable briefing and reviewing UGC video content
  • Detail-obsessed. You catch the broken link, the wrong send time, the typo in the headline
  • Self-directed. You see what needs doing and do it without being asked

Bonus points

  • B2B services or financial services background
  • Light video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) for quick edits and repurposing
  • Design skills in Canva or Figma for static posts and stories
  • LinkedIn content experience targeting business owners or AR/finance roles
  • Familiarity with the contractor, staffing, or manufacturing verticals

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
