IBSTEC is looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance efficiency.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, ads) across multiple platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and paid performance campaigns.
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Must be available to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Friday).
