Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and hands-on experience in content creation and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams.
  • Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads, analytics, and content strategy.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
