Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Social Media Specialist based in the UAE to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms within the automotive shipping industry.

This role focuses on execution, engagement, and measurable lead contribution. The ideal candidate understands bilingual communication (Arabic & English), platform algorithms, and how social media supports sales growth across GCC and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing and sales objectives.

● Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.

● Optimize captions, hashtags, and platform-native formats.

● Handle community management (comments, DMs, online reputation).

● Coordinate with CRM and sales teams to ensure proper lead follow-up.

● Track performance metrics and deliver weekly/monthly reports.

● Support campaign launches in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements

● 2–4 years of experience in social media management (UAE market experience preferred).

● Experience in automotive, logistics, or service-based industries is an advantage.

● Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.

● Experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business tools.

● Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

● Comfortable appearing on camera (preferred).

● Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
