Social Media Specialist (Female)

A Social Media Specialist creates and executes digital content strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Key responsibilities include designing, scheduling, and publishing content, managing community interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on digital trends. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, such as brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement.
• Content Creation: Produce, curate, and edit engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, reels, GIFs) tailored to specific platforms.
• Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and generate reports to analyze success and optimize strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and paid ad strategies to support overall marketing initiatives.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Generally 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar marketing role.
• Tools: Proficiency with platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and social media management/scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Creative Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere) or graphic design tools like Canva.
• Analytics: Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and native platform analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights).
• Communication: Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills for creating engaging captions.
