Job Description: "Job Title: Oracle Fusion EPM Team Lead Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Team Lead with strong exposure to KSA government and public sector projects, in addition to private-sector implementations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in planning, budgeting, requirements gathering, and application configuration, with a solid technical background across EPM components.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion EPM (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting).

Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with finance and planning stakeholders.

Configure EPM models, business rules, workflows, dashboards, and data integrations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Provide guidance, documentation, UAT support, and training for business users.

Ensure alignment with KSA government standards and internal governance policies.

Technical Expertise – Oracle Planning & Budgeting (EPM)

Strong hands-on experience in configuring Planning & Budgeting Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS), including creation and management of metadata, forms, calculation scripts, Groovy rules, data maps, smart lists, and approval workflows. Proficiency in data integration through Data Management or Data Integration pipelines, mapping logic, EPM Automate, and performance optimization techniques. Ability to design scalable models, driver-based planning structures, and complex allocation methodologies that support annual budget cycles, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

Financial Consolidation (HFM) – Added Value

Experience with HFM (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management) or other financial consolidation tools is a strong plus. Familiarity with intercompany eliminations, consolidation hierarchies, close cycles, and group reporting enhances the candidate’s ability to support organizations with multi-entity or complex financial structures.


Qualifications

7–12 years of experience in Oracle EPM, including leadership roles.

Strong technical and functional knowledge of Planning & Budgeting.

Hands-on experience in KSA government sector (mandatory).

Deep understanding of data models, integrations, and calculation rules.

HFM / consolidation experience (preferred).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills"
