Software Project Manager

Position Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years experience as a Project Manager in website development or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizatioal and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of web design and development principles.
