Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards across our Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing projects.

This role is not limited to finding bugs — it requires structured thinking, risk identification, and proactive quality ownership throughout the development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional and regression testing for custom web and mobile applications

Design and execute structured test cases and test scenarios

Identify, document, and track defects clearly using proper severity and priority

Validate role-based access, workflows, and integrations

Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing

Support UAT and release validation processes

Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders

Ensure quality standards before production releases

Contribute to process improvement and quality governance

Required Technical Skills

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

Experience testing custom web applications

Experience testing mobile applications (Android / iOS)

Experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools preferred)

Understanding of regression, smoke, and functional testing

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)

Basic understanding of databases and APIs (preferred)

Digital Marketing QA (Preferred)

Experience validating SEO implementations

Experience validating Google Analytics / GTM tracking

Experience verifying PPC landing pages and conversion tracking

Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory)

Candidates with certifications from recognized organizations will be preferred:

ASTQB

QAI (CSTE / CSQA)

ASQ
