Job Title: Software Sales Executive (Freelance Platforms)

Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

We are a forward-thinking software house based in Karachi, specializing in cutting-edge software development and digital solutions. As we expand our business, we are seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to drive growth through freelance platforms and direct client acquisition.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience on Fiverr, Upwork, or similar freelance platforms, coupled with a strong understanding of the software house industry. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and managing client relationships while working on a night shift schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of active experience on Fiverr, Upwork, or similar freelance marketplaces
• Proven track record in the software house or software services industry
• Strong understanding of software services and client needs
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Availability to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (full day)
• Saturday: 9:00 PM – 02:00 AM (half day)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on freelance platforms
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships
• Present software solutions tailored to client requirements
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery
