As a Software Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our growth — driving subscription sales, expanding our market presence, and building long‑term relationships with high‑value clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves consultative selling, understands business challenges, and knows how to position software as the solution that changes everything.

You won’t just sell a product — you’ll sell transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving) Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Consultative Selling & Product Demonstrations

  • Understand client pain points and business workflows to position our software effectively.
  • Deliver engaging demos that clearly show ROI and operational impact.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and deployments.

Account Management & Revenue Growth

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Build long‑term relationships that lead to renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with support and product teams.

Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

  • Stay ahead of SaaS trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights with product and marketing teams to help shape future features.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Proven sales record in SaaS, tech, or subscription‑based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to turn technical features into clear business value.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and motivated to win in a high‑performance environment.
