Job Description:
Hiring a Solar Sales Agent to promote and sell solar installation and contracting services in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, explaining solar solutions, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell solar installation and contracting services in the US market
• Qualify homeowners and businesses for solar solutions
• Explain cost savings, ROI, and installation processes
• Schedule appointments and close deals
• Work closely with design and installation teams

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication
• Strong sales closing ability
• Basic understanding of solar systems is preferred
• Call center or BPO experience preferred
• Fluent speaking ability required for US clients

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• Tier 3: Less than 6 months experience or fresh
• Tier 2: 1–3 years in sales
• Tier 1: 4+ years in solar sales

Working Hours:

• US shift
