Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Solution Analyst
to join our growing team. This role acts as a critical bridge between
Solution Architects
and
Development Teams
, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into actionable technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a
software engineering background
, with around
5 years of overall experience
, with at least
2 years in a similar analyst role
. Exposure to
multiple industries
is preferred to help contextualize business needs and translate them into scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Document functional and non-functional requirements in clear, structured formats.

Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

Work closely with Solution Architects to validate feasibility and alignment.

Support developers during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.

Maintain traceability between business needs and technical deliverables.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT sessions.

Ensure documentation is updated and version-controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of total experience
, with
2+ years in a business/technical analyst role
.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proven ability to work across business and technical teams.

Experience in documenting requirements using tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar.

Exposure to multiple industries (e.g., logistics, healthcare, finance) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite).

Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and integration concepts.

Ability to create wireframes, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
