We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our sourcing operations. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual passionate about textiles and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD) Sourcing.
• Communicate with fabric and yarn suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and delivery.
• Facilitate inter-department communication to streamline sourcing operations.
• Perform strong follow-ups with mills to ensure on-time order completion.
• Collect and update stock and rates report from suppliers.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports and data records related to sourcing activities.
• Identify and establish connections with new suppliers to diversify the vendor base.

Requirements:

• Education: BBA or MBA (preferably with a focus on Supply Chain or Business Administration).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, preferably in the textile industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines effectively.
