Sourcing & Procurement Officer

Job Summary:

At Kirtilal Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of interior materials such as flooring, wall finishes, furniture, fixtures, and decorative items. The ideal candidate is prefered to have strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and experience in interior design or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Identify and evaluate suppliers of interior materials.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality standard

Procurement Operations

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Cost & Quality Control

• Analyze market trends to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet design specifications.
• Track and report procurement KPIs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Generate regular procurement reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior materials or construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of interior design materials and trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with project-based procurement.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,900.88 - ₹45,009.71 per month
