Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chinese-speaking Sourcing Agent to manage supplier relations, product sourcing, and coordination between our UAE operations and manufacturing partners in China. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between English and Chinese stakeholders, ensuring smooth cooperation, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and factories in China for metal fabrication, finishing, and custom architectural components.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to achieve the best value without compromising quality.
• Coordinate factory visits, inspections, and shipments — ensuring production matches specifications and project schedules.
• Provide accurate translations of technical drawings, quotations, and contracts between Chinese and English.
• Manage communication between UAE team and Chinese factories, ensuring clarity and accountability on both sides.
• Track production progress, resolve issues, and monitor quality before shipment.
• Support the project management team in material approvals, logistics, and supplier documentation.
• Maintain updated supplier records and assist in building long-term strategic partnerships.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
