• Working actively field,
• Ensuring shipments and inventory transactions accuracy,
• Being responsible for occupational health and safety,
• Measuring and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance,
• Maintaining equipment and tracking,
• Analysing of budget and tracking,
• Determining tracing and visualisation methods of warehousing KPI's,
• Studying ergonomics and work safety analysis of warehouses, managing the improvement projects of probable risks and designing the optimal work area structure,
• Making time studies with MTM or other time measurement methods in the warehouses, balancing work distribution, preparing operation plans and process flow charts,
• Realizing applications that will provide operational efficiency,
• Coordinating to shifts,
• Deploying best practices to all warehouses,
• Reporting storage indicators,
• Taking a role in projects and improvement works.

• Bachelor's Degree in related departments of universities,
• Working actively shift,
• Having experience in using SAP,
• Having experienceexport operations,
• Having experience in storage and distribution is a plus,
• Knowledge of project management,
• Strong knowledge of Advanced in Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Planner, MS Powerpoint etc.),
• General nowledge of autocad,
• Have presentation skills,
• Have reporting skills,
• Will be able to carry out project and efficiency studies,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
