What You’ll Do:

• Set the tone for an outstanding patient experience from the moment they enter the operatory
• Anticipate doctor needs during treatment, ensuring precision and flow
• Support all clinical procedures with excellent preparation, setup, sterilization, and infection control
• Assist in diagnostic procedures including radiographs, impressions, and study casts
• Fabricate temps, deliver post-op instructions, and answer patient questions confidently and compassionately
• Take full ownership of your space — ensuring equipment, supplies, and systems are ready and functioning daily
• Help educate and guide patients through their treatment journey in partnership with the doctor and Admin Team.
• Step in to support the Admin team as needed with phone calls, scheduling, and patient follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Texas (required or in process)
• At least 1 year of chairside experience preferred
• Energetic, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• A team player with great communication and patient-facing skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Willing to grow with us — clinically, professionally, and personally

Job Type & Compensation:

• Full-Time
• $16.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
• Daily and monthly bonuses
