Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resource Management

Experience: 4-5 Years of experience in the related field

Job Description:

  • Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits and performance management exercise.
  • Conduct exit interviews, probationary reviews, employee evaluations and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
  • Incumbent will be responsible for working on ongoing day to day activities
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
