We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Payroll Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bi-monthly U.S. payroll while coordinating closely with both the Pakistan-based U.S. HR team and the U.S. counterparts to resolve employee queries and post-payroll issues. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and employee support—preferably within a U.S.-based organization.

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong knowledge of U.S. taxation and labor laws, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong analytical abilities, a proactive mindset, and leadership qualities are essential for excelling in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate commissions, incentives, and bonuses across various pay plans.
  • Assist in designing new compensation plans and analyzing their financial impact.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll entitlement, calculations, and adjustments.
  • Perform financial modeling to support commission and incentive reporting.
  • Link commission structures to both operational and sales performance metrics.
  • Support the payroll department in day-to-day tasks and special assignments.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee data, timely updates, and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, HR operations, or a similar role within the Human Resources department—experience with U.S.-based companies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment, taxation, and labor laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage tasks efficiently within a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, productive, and professional work environment.
  • High ethical standards and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
