Position: Senior HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Manage complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with accounts/consultants for salary disbursement
  • Manage attendance, leave, OT & payroll inputs
  • Handle statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF
  • Prepare payroll reports, salary slips & MIS
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs & ensure compliance
  • Handle employee relations, grievances & engagement activities
  • Support performance management & appraisal process
  • Maintain HR records & documentation

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or relevant field
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll & recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
