Provide basic support to HR and business users on how to access and interpret Power BI reports.

Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of HR reporting and data analysis.

Stay updated on new Power BI features and best practices to improve reporting capabilities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

6+ years Power BI and Power Automate Experience including Power Query and data visualization, automation.

6+ Years HRIS Data Experience
-
SharePoint site design, Expert Excel
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
-
Experience with HRIS platforms, ADP Workforce Now, Recruiting Metrics, Ticket Dashboards, LMS Data, Time and Attendance Data.

Strong knowledge of DAX, ETL, and data validation techniques.
-
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR data analytics and business intelligence.

Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot reporting issues, and deliver results without continuous guidance.

Continuous learner who actively seeks to expand technical and analytical expertise.
Preferred: Plus+ but not required, for experience with HaloPSA, Relias LMS or Palantir Dashboards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics preferred, OR equivalent experience.
